What to expect from a psychiatric evaluation
Your first visit is a full diagnostic evaluation, not a quick checklist. We spend time learning about your symptoms, your history, and how things are affecting your daily life. From there, we build a treatment plan that may include therapy, medication, or a combination of both. Follow-up visits track your progress and adjust the plan as your needs change.
Who this is for
Adults
Anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, mood instability, and other conditions that benefit from psychiatric care and medication support.
Children and teens
ADHD, anxiety, behavioral concerns, depression, and developmental challenges are evaluated and treated.
Seniors
Memory concerns, late-life depression, grief, medication review, and mood changes that come with aging.
How we work
Thorough evaluations
We start with a complete picture before making any recommendations. No rushed appointments, no one-size-fits-all approach.
Coordinated with therapy
Your psychiatric provider and therapist work together to coordinate your care under one roof. We ensure that notes are shared, treatment plans stay aligned, and nothing falls through the cracks.
Ongoing medication support
If medication is part of your plan, we monitor how you respond, adjust dosages carefully, and stay ahead of side effects over time.
Flexible access
See your psychiatric provider in person at any of our five Arizona offices or by secure video. Evening slots available.
